Tired of endlessly scrolling and individually selecting hundreds (or even thousands!) of photos in Google Photos? We've all been there. Whether you're archiving, sharing a massive album, or just migrating your photos, selecting them *all* can feel like a Sisyphean task. Fear not! This guide will show you the quickest way to highlight your entire digital life in Google Photos.
Unfortunately, Google Photos doesn't have a simple "Select All" button on the main photos page. Bummer, we know. But there's a workaround! The most efficient method is to use the date selection trick. Scroll down to the very beginning of your photo library. Click the first photo of the oldest date. Then, scroll all the way to the bottom of your library to the newest date. Hold down the **Shift** key and click the last photo. Boom! All photos between those two dates are now selected.
Keep in mind, this selects everything between your first and last photos chronologically. So, if you have stray images with incorrect dates, they might not be included. But for most users, this trick is a massive time-saver. Happy photo managing!
