First, gather three pieces of sugarcane. Sugarcane grows naturally near water sources in the Overworld. Look along riverbanks, lakes, and oceans.
Next, head to your crafting table. Place the three sugarcane pieces horizontally across any row in the crafting grid. Boom! You've created three sheets of paper.
