Is your PS5 controller disconnecting at the worst possible moment? Before you throw it at the wall, take a deep breath. Disconnecting issues are frustrating, but often fixable.
First, **check your charge**. A low battery is the most common culprit. Plug it in for at least 30 minutes and see if that solves the problem.
Next, **ensure there's no interference**. Bluetooth signals can be disrupted by other devices. Move away from microwaves, wireless routers, and anything else emitting a signal.
Still disconnecting? **Try a hard reset.** Locate the small reset button on the back of the controller (near the L2 button) and use a pin to press it for a few seconds. Then, reconnect it to your PS5 via USB.
**Update your controller firmware.** Outdated software can cause problems. Go to Settings > Accessories > Controller > Software on your PS5 to check for updates.
If none of these solutions work, there may be a hardware issue. Contact PlayStation Support for further assistance. Happy gaming!
