Windows 10 Feeling Sluggish? Learn How to Factory Reset and Reclaim Your Speed!

Is your Windows 10 PC running slower than molasses in January? Before you throw it out the window (pun intended!), consider a factory reset. It's like giving your computer a fresh start, wiping away accumulated clutter and returning it to its original, speedy state.

So, how do you do it? It's simpler than you think! There are two main ways to factory reset your Windows 10 machine.

First, through the Settings app: Navigate to **Settings > Update & Security > Recovery**. Under "Reset this PC," click **Get Started**. You'll then have the option to keep your personal files (which will only remove apps and settings) or remove everything (a truly clean slate). Choose wisely!

Second, you can reset from the sign-in screen if you can't boot into Windows. Hold down the Shift key while you click the Power button, then select Restart. From the blue recovery screen, choose **Troubleshoot > Reset this PC** and follow the on-screen instructions.

Remember to back up your important data before proceeding with a factory reset, as it will delete everything unless you choose the 'keep my files' option! With a fresh, clean installation of Windows 10, your PC will be back to its best in no time.
