Feeling overwhelmed by your Google Photos library? Maybe you've got duplicates, blurry shots, or just photos you no longer need. Don't worry, deleting Google Photos is easier than you think!
This guide will walk you through the process. First, open the Google Photos app (or access it via your web browser). Locate the photo or video you want to remove. Tap on the image to open it. You'll usually see a trash can icon – tap that!
**Important Note:** Deleting a photo from Google Photos also removes it from all synced devices. It goes into your Trash folder, where it stays for 60 days before being permanently deleted. You can always restore photos from the Trash within that timeframe if you change your mind.
Want to delete multiple photos? Long-press on a photo to enter selection mode, then tap all the images you want to get rid of. Then, hit the trash icon.
Regularly decluttering your Google Photos not only frees up storage space but also makes it easier to find the precious memories you actually want to keep. Happy organizing!
